Europe for All - Malta

In January a group of NWRC students participated in a work placement trip to Malta funded with the support of the Commission of the European Communities within the framework of the LLP Leonardo Programme.  12 students from across NWRC's Strand and Limavady Campus were hosted by our partner in Malta, Luxol Sports Club.  They enjoyed two weeks of work placement in Health & Social Care, Hairdressing Hospitality & Tourism and Early Years.  For many of these students it was their first time on a plane or away from home on their own.  The student preparation and project organisation was managed by the Business Support Centre.  A presentation was held to mark the student's participation in the project.  You can view the photo here.
